Truvera Agents
Truvera Agents are local human trust touchpoints for users who need help entering, navigating, or completing supported Truvera workflows.
What is a Truvera Agent?
Truvera Agents extend trusted, human-assisted access to the Truvera infrastructure. They help buyers and sellers navigate secure commerce, especially in areas where digital literacy or internet access may be barriers. Every agent is strictly governed and operates within defined authorization boundaries.
How Agents Assist in Authorized Flows
-
Assisted Onboarding
Agents can help eligible buyers, sellers, and service providers complete supported registration and verification steps through official Truvera flows.
-
Facilitating Transactions
Agents can help users navigate supported transaction steps, including flows where the transaction is linked to the assisting agent for auditability and commission governance.
-
Acting on Behalf of Buyers
When an agent has officially facilitated a transaction or referred a buyer, they are authorized to request returns or initiate disputes on that buyer's behalf.
-
Operating as a Hub
Approved agents may participate in supported pickup, drop-off, or handoff flows for physical product fulfilment where Truvera has assigned that role.
-
Payment Guidance, Not Personal Custody
Agents may assist users with official payment process steps, but protected transaction funds must not be paid into an agent's personal account.
-
Local Human Support
Agents can make Truvera more accessible for users who need in-person support with digital workflows, official invitations, or transaction context.
Governance & Verification Boundaries
Agents do not hold escrowed funds themselves. They interact with the Truvera infrastructure via authenticated roles. Agent actions performed through Truvera are recorded through governed platform audit mechanisms, and their ability to act on a user's behalf requires explicit system-level linkage (such as referring the user or facilitating the specific transaction).
Anti-Impersonation Guidance
Use only official Truvera channels and do not transfer protected transaction funds directly to an individual's personal account. All protected payments must be routed through the official Truvera infrastructure.
