How Truvera Works

Learn how a deal moves into Truvera, through protected payment, delivery or service completion, buyer confirmation, and issue support when needed.

Before Payment: How a Transaction Enters Truvera

A deal does not have to start on Truvera. It can begin in social messages, a marketplace listing, a physical-market referral, a merchant page, or an offline conversation, then move into Truvera for a clearer protected transaction flow.

Buyer Request

A buyer can start with a known seller, a supported product or service context, or an invitation to an unregistered party.

Seller or Provider Start

A seller or service provider can start a transaction with a customer, invite the customer, or share a configured checkout link.

Search and Marketplace

Supported search and marketplace discovery can lead from a participant, product, service, or merchant profile into a transaction.

Invitation and Resume

Invited users can onboard and continue the related transaction rather than starting the commercial conversation again.

How a Truvera Transaction Works

1

Find or Agree the Deal

A deal may begin through a buyer request, seller or service-provider start, Truvera checkout link, invitation, marketplace listing, merchant profile, or an outside channel. Once the parties proceed with Truvera, the transaction records the price, service or delivery expectations, and applicable conditions.

2

Protected Payment

The buyer makes the protected payment through Truvera's regulated financial-partner infrastructure. Once payment is confirmed, the seller or provider can continue under the applicable transaction rules.

3

Delivery or Service Completion

For goods requiring delivery, the seller uses the delivery options available within Truvera. For services, the provider completes the agreed work. Confirmation, evidence, and issue records may become part of the transaction history.

4

Buyer Review & Confirmation

The buyer receives the item or reviews the completed service, confirms when it matches the agreement, or reports a problem through the transaction flow.

5

Release & Settlement

Seller settlement is initiated only when the applicable confirmation, inspection, incident, and dispute rules allow release to the verified payout destination.

!

Dispute Pathway (When Required)

If an issue is raised, payment remains protected under the applicable transaction rules while the Dispute Centre reviews transaction, service, and delivery evidence.
